Due to federal rules effective June 29, 2020, ISU has a new policy governing the mailing of parcels to places outside the U.S. To help avoid customs delays, seizure of goods, or inadvertent violation of export or trade laws, the International Shipping of Parcels Policy requires submission of an international shipping form, as well as shipping through Postal and Parcel Services.
